That dream is officially becoming real. And it's starting with pie.
Meet Chef Jennifer Alton
Jennifer is a Red Seal certified chef who has traveled the world, creatively brought great food to life, and she's spent years selling out at farmers markets with pies people plan their weekends around. She's exactly the kind of maker Sapling was built to support, someone whose talent deserves more room than a market table can give it.
So when we started dreaming up our first pop-up, there was really no question. Thanksgiving is a holiday that runs on pie, on gathering, on food that means something. It felt like exactly the right moment to bring this idea to life.
What "Food Made Easier" Really Means
Our motto has always been food made easier: but that's not just a promise to the people eating. It's a promise to the people cooking, too.
Running a small food business has layers. Some are exciting, nailing a recipe, watching people line up for your product. Others are quieter and harder: licensing, insurance, finding kitchen space, figuring out how to sell beyond a folding table at a market. None of it happens overnight.
That's the gap pop-ups like this one are meant to close. For a maker like Jennifer, the pop-up strips away the layers that usually stand between "I make something incredible" and "people can actually get it" no new licensing to chase, no storefront to build from scratch, just her pies, our space, and a shared commitment to making it work.
